Dulce was born in Los Angeles and moved to Las Vegas during her childhood. In 2015, she attended the University of Las Vegas, Nevada for pre-nursing. Soon, Dulce realized that she wanted to do something bigger. So, she entered the United States Air Force Active Duty. While serving her country honorably, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. During her time in Utah, she invested in her home and made vast home improvements. As her time in the Air Force came close to an end, Dulce moved to Milwaukee and fell in love with the city and the neighborhoods surrounding it.
From her experience with renovating her home, Dulce knew she wanted to be in Real Estate. Soon, she started an internship for Doering&Co Real Estate LLC as a marketing assistant. As she grew with the company, Dulce saw the difference that Realtors made in their client’s lives. Dulce had a deep desire to help people in her community through Real Estate. Therefore, Dulce became a full time Realtor.
Dulce is passionate about understanding her client’s goals and executing them. She works with a high level of transparency, organization, and is extremely detail-oriented. She is readily available for her clients! Dulce is eager to help anyone find their next home or investment!
In her free time, Dulce enjoys reading, painting, and playing with her German Shepherd dog, Hera.
