Ginger is a Native West Texan with a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. She began her career in the Real Estate Industry in Midland, Texas in 2007. Initially for real estate appraisers, first for her uncle, then for one of the top appraisers in the area. Fall of 2008, she started working for a local Boutique Real Estate office. In her 7 years there she was promoted from Administrative Assistant to Office Manager, and then to Co-Owner in 2011. Ginger also obtained her real estate license in 2011. During this time, she worked on everything from maintaining files, marketing, web design, accounts payable/receivable, and photography.
Spring of 2015 Ginger moved on to another local office to work as a Transaction Coordinator and Licensed Assistant. She also continued doing real estate photography. After almost a decade in West Texas working in Real Estate, she decided to take some time off and follow another passion. In 2016 she moved to Burlington, WI to work with a horse trainer in the discipline of Dressage.
After doing this for a year she decided it was time to get back to Real Estate! She moved back to Texas, to the Dallas/Fort Worth area to work with Keller Williams Realty as a Market Center Administrator. After a year back in Texas she missed the beauty of Wisconsin, the four seasons and the snow! She transferred with Keller Williams and worked under the Milwaukee Southwest office as an Executive Assistant for one of their Top Producing Teams. Ginger feels her true passion and talent is in Transaction Coordinating and working for a local office in her community and is excited to join Doering & Co Real Estate.
Ginger is best known for her positive outlook, being highly organized and her attention to detail. With every real estate position she has held she has been responsible for maintaining all files, and assuring transactions are complete and accurate. She enjoys assisting and relieving stress for the agents and meeting and working with clients to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Stephen and their 3 dogs, working out, and running. Finally, spending time with her horse who has graciously been shipped between Texas and Wisconsin multiple times now! She is happy to say that this time they are here to stay!
