Kathryn grew up in southern California and graduated from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Communications/advertising.
She began her career knowing she was destined to be in Sales. She started working as an account executive for GE Mortgage Insurance in San Diego right out of college. She then went to work for a savings and loan in wholesale lending in Woodland Hills California.
She continued to excel in Sales and had an opportunity to return to midwestern roots and relocated to Wisconsin.
She spent the majority of her 30-year career at JP Morgan Chase as a key account manager working with Banks and independent mortgage companies purchasing mortgage loan servicing. She was a top producing Account Executive and Key Account Manager for Correspondent Lending divisions of some of the top Mortgage companies in the country.
While working at Chase she also grew her own commercial real estate portfolio in Waukesha County consisting of 150K square feet office in three different locations.
She has built several homes, has multifamily rental units, and has renovated single family homes.
She is now pursuing her lifelong passion of real estate investing and helping others with their real estate needs whether it is investing, buying, or selling.
She is extremely motivated and driven to help with complicated real estate transactions and putting together deals that work.
She enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dogs Frasier and Aspen. She enjoys golf and the fabulous summers in Wisconsin and loves living the lake life on Okauchee Lake.
