In this rendition of our welcome mat series, we are introducing the newest member of the Doering&Co. team, Paul Bastian. Paul has worked in the real estate industry for 5 years and works out of our Elm Grove office.
Why did you get into real estate?
I got into real estate because I love the feeling I get when I help people achieve their goal of home ownership. I also enjoy meeting new people and having them work together with me to find a home they love or solve a problem for them. Seeing a lot of houses is also a bonus!
What makes you excited to go to work every day?
I am excited to come to work because I never know where the day will take me, and I get to meet and talk to new people daily.
How are you different from other realtors?
I am different from other realtors because my #1 priority is communication. I am constantly texting or emailing clients keeping them in the loop of the transaction every single day. I also talk to other realtors a lot in the transaction and make them become a teammate in the process not an enemy or opponent.
What is your favorite room and your home and why?
The living/family room is my favorite room in a home because that is where everyone sits and talks and watches sports or movies together. It is about community and family to me.
